Artistic Photographer + Graphic Designer

A professional photographer and graphic designer based in Flagler County, Florida.

Heather attended a technical high school where she majored in graphic arts and  learned the process of developing film in a dark room.  The journey may have started in 1999, but it was not until 2007 that she got her first Nikon and ventured into hobby photography, establishing HKH Photos in 2017.

After becoming a resident of Flagler Beach in 2020 and having the world shut down, she had the time and opportunity to take photographs regularly of her favorite subject: the ocean and all things related to it. Flagler Beach welcomed her with open arms, and she put her design services to work producing t-shirts for the city pier.

As a result of that passion, she created "A1A Photo + Design" to showcase her "Somewhere on A1A" brand, her photography, and her love for for all areas off of State Route A1A through scenic Flagler County, and beyond.

Her photography has been published several times in Florida Country Magazine and she is proud to list the Gallery of Local Art in Flagler Beach as her first professional placement in an art gallery.
